Terms draft

Draft for the pilot. Not legal advice, and not the final terms. Version 2026-10-08.

Goodneus Odds is a social points game inside a family chat. Calls are for bragging rights. Points cannot be redeemed, transferred, or cashed. This build does not accept real-money pledges.

Charity matches, when they exist, are funded by the company or a sponsor and paid through a nonprofit platform. The company does not hold donation funds. That flow is not turned on yet.
